It is a very special traditional house with vaulted ceilings in the main floor, terracotta tiles, timber old beams in the bedrooms, an original water well inside the living area, original furniture mixed with design pieces, and panoramic views over the mediterranean sea and the sunset. Outside you can enjoy dinner on the terrace with amazing views. Walking distance access to Banyalbufar's beach (10-15 min) In Banyalbufar you can find a bakery, small supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, bank, 6-8 restaurants,.... The house is located in the old part of town, in the upper area, calle "Es Penyal", a free car area. The access to this upper neighborhood (15 houses approx.) is only by walk (2 min) from the main street. If you like trekking, you have beautiful walks and hikes around the house!
