The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a modern building, right in the heart of Barcelona! There is a spacious balcony with furniture for outdoo r living, a bright and airy living room with super comfortable couch, modern bathroom with walk-in shower, and a large equipped kitchen/dining. There is also an office area with large desks and comfy work chairs for two people, and a computer monitor for use. There are three bedrooms in total, the master with a king size bed, and another room with a double. The third room has a single bed. The apartment is super comfortable, and breezy in the summer with the sliding doors open. There is air conditioning for the hotter days. The apartment is at Av. Paralel, in Poble Sec, just outside of el Raval. The location is great, as its super central, but safer as its outside the narrow winding streets of the old city. You can reach most of the central sites, including the gothic quarter and Las Ramblas easily by foot, but the metro station Paralel is located directly outside the front door if you wish to travel further afield. The flat is located on the cusp of Poble Sec (known for pinchos), St Antoni (a trendy neighbourhood packed full of cool restaurants and bars), and the central Gothic Quarter and el Raval. Nearby you have Montjuic (the park/hill you can see from the balcony in the images) with Montjuic Castle and public pool with amazing views just 15mins walk away. Great for exercising in the mornings.
